Beef Fajitas and Chocolate Chip Cookies


My husband grilled some very thin beef tonight for dinner, but probably not long enough since it was very rare. We made fajitas (pronounced fuh-hee-tuhs for those who are unfamiliar). The best part of the fajitas was the caramelized onions. A big wad of cheese doesn't hurt either.


We also had cookies. We are kind of cookie snobs. We have tried a lot, but keep coming back to the same ones as our favorite - Pillsbury Chocolate Chip and Chunk.
