Leftover Seafood Pasta

Back when we were still dating, my husband used to woo me with his culinary skills. Being from New Orleans, his ingredients of choice were mainly seafood. He taught me how to create a yummy seafood pasta with leftover seafood.

I started by cooking some angel hair pasta. Once that was done and draining, I started cooking the seafood. I heated some EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) in a pan with some garlic and basil. I then added leftover crawfish and shrimp. Can't forget the Tony's. Once the shrimp start turning darker, I added the pasta into the seafood pot and mixed everything up with some parmesan cheese. All done in about 10 minutes.
